our stay at locanda rosati was absolutely perfect. the spacious room with a terrace was a lovely touch. giampiero, the owner and host, was incredibly generous and helpful, even offering to assist with our car rental plans. the evening dinners with giampiero and the other guests were a highlight. overall, a great find near orvieto.

Breakfast options were limited.

We were blown away by the beautiful surroundings at this hotel. The gardens were absolutely lovely and the swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing swim. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide selection of delicious food to choose from, especially the mouthwatering omelette. The staff at Locanda Rosati were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and at home. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Orvieto made it very convenient for us to explore and visit the town.

The food and wine at the hotel were fantastic, with generous portions and great quality. the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, going out of their way to make our stay memorable. the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas of Tuscany and Umbria, adding more depth to our trip.

There really wasn't anything negative about our experience at the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations and we didn't encounter any issues or problems during our stay.

Absolutely loved wandering around the ancient ruins, eating delicious food, and taking cooking classes. So fun to see the animals roaming freely, like a real-life zoo! Definitely a unique experience.

I mean, who needs modern amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning? Old-fashioned charm, right?

The hotel grounds were incredibly beautiful, with well-maintained gardens and a lovely poolside bar. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind.

That the air conditioning in the rooms did not work well, and it made the stay quite uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather. This was a bit disappointing, especially since we had a baby with us and were concerned about the room temperature.
